Refund & Exchange

At ArtisanVenue, we celebrate the uniqueness of handcrafted ceramics, and slight variations in color, texture, or size are part of their charm. However, we’re here to assist you if you encounter any issues.

1. Eligibility for Return or Replacement
Incorrect Item: If you receive an item that doesn’t match your order.
Damaged Item: If your product is damaged during delivery.

2. Conditions
• Return requests must be raised within 12 hours of delivery.
• An unboxing video is mandatory for damage or incorrect item claims.
Return Request Documentation: Include your order number, delivery address, unboxing video, reason for return, and product image (for defective/incorrect items).

3. Limitations
Incorrect Shipping Information: Refunds are not possible for orders returned due to incomplete or incorrect addresses. Reshipping can be arranged at your expense (₹120).
Refused Packages: If a package is refused after three delivery attempts, no refund will be issued. Reshipping can be arranged at your expense (₹120).
Tampered Packages: Do not accept tampered packages. Return them to the delivery person before signing the Proof of Delivery (POD).

4. Process
• Email us at artisanvenueco@gmail.com with your order details and the required proofs (mentioned above in point 2).
• Emails or images sent after the specified time frame of 12 hours will not be considered.
• Once approved, we will arrange a return or provide a replacement.

5. Refund Options
• Refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of approval.

6. Non-Refundable Cases
• Returns for minor imperfections inherent to handcrafted items.
• Orders with incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
